Project description: The Applicant, Boulder Associates Architects, on behalf of the landowner Advent Health, is requesting approval for a Site Improvement Plan for a project known as Advent Health Medical Office Building (MOB).
The proposed project includes one property, Lot 3, Canyonside Filing No. 2, totaling about 5.78 acres. The properties are located at the southwest intersection of Castle Pines Parkway and Canyon Forge Drive.
The proposal would create a new medical office building with associated patient and staff parking, an ambulance canopy, associated landscaping, and utilities. The medical office building is proposed to have two stories, with the first floor dedicated to a future emergency department, and the second floor functioning as clinical space.
The property is zoned within the Canyons Planned Development, and the proposed use is allowed under the existing zoning.
